Common questions
Which languages can Fieldnote transcribe?
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. You can change the language for each note.
Is my audio uploaded anywhere?
No. Recording and transcription both happen on your device. Audio leaves your phone only when you share or export it yourself.
How long can a recording be?
Up to three hours per note. Long recordings are split into chapters so they are easy to move through.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Your notes stay on your phone after you cancel.
