Agreeing to these terms
By downloading or using Lumen, you agree to these terms and to the Lumen privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lumen on devices you own or control, as allowed by the rules of the store you downloaded it from. Lumen, its design and its code belong to QAppsLab. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, under their terms. We never see your payment details. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, following its refund policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not use Lumen to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- interfere with the app, its security or the devices and services it runs on;
- try to get access to parts of the app or data you are not allowed to access.
Your content
Everything you create in Lumen belongs to you. We do not claim any rights over it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
Terms for Apple devices
If you downloaded Lumen from the App Store, these points also apply:
- These terms are between you and QAppsLab, not Apple. QAppsLab, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app does not conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- QAppsLab, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
- QAppsLab, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any claim that the app infringes someone else's intellectual property.
- You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Warranty and liability
We work hard to make Lumen reliable, but it is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, QAppsLab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless the law where you live gives you the right to rely on local law and courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the app changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using Lumen after that, the new terms apply.
